You will receive the number of your dedicated valet. Be sure to contact him or her 15 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival. If your arrival is more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, our team will do everything possible to accommodate you as soon as possible.
You will receive the valet number to contact. After picking up your luggage, call the valet to confirm you have landed. No worries, thanks to your flight/return train number, we follow its evolution in real time in order to guarantee the return of your vehicle as quickly as possible.
Our valet in navy blue uniform will be waiting for you in front of the drop-off point at your departure terminal/hall. He will help you with your luggage, provide a trolley if you wish, carry out a inventory of your vehicle and drive it directly to our secure car park.
Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off area of your terminal with your car ready to hit the road. An inspection of the vehicle will be systematically carried out when the vehicle is picked up. You can receive a copy by email on request from our Customer Service.
